The Dreamify app gives you the ability to easily make extremely psychedelic and trippy photos. We posted about about Google's artificial neural network tripping out when it first hit the interwebs. The biggest catch unfortunately was the lack of user friendliness (knowing how to use Python, etc.).
Dreamify thankfully has changed that for the rest of us... given you have an Android phone.
